Nothing too fancy, just the stereotypical midwestern family with two kids, two dogs, and a goldfish. As husband and wife, and natives to the area, Josh and April Erhart have been deeply rooted within the community their entire lives. Today, Josh and April now help individuals take the next step to envision their future, develop a plan, and take the first step towards their goal.

As a full-time Real Estate agent with Crown Realty, April has nearly a decade of experience helping individuals turn the page to the next chapter of their lives. She understands the pressure and stress that are put on individuals when it comes to purchasing or selling of real estate. And that’s why her ability to streamline and ease the process for her clients has earned her top agent within her brokerage on a perennial basis. Outside of Elite Planning and Real Estate, April enjoys volunteering her time at her boy’s middle school, as President of the Parent-Teacher Organization, PTO. In addition to her time on PTO, April also serves as the secretary on the Spring Hill Education Foundation (SHEF) Board, where she strives to raise money in efforts to provide students & teachers of the Spring Hill School District [USD230] with financial scholarship opportunities. April’s mission, in life, has always been to strive to help others.

With over a decade of experience working for an international, award-winning, Architecture and Engineering firm, Josh brings a wealth of design experience to the table for his clients. A licensed Landscape Architect in multiple states, and a licensed Real Estate Agent for Crown Realty, Josh provides security of assurance to his clients when it comes to planning for future property development. Whether it’s a landscape plan for a personal residence or a large-scale commercial property development, Josh has the professional experience to walk you through the design and entitlement process of getting you from where you are today, to where you want to be tomorrow. Beyond his professional services, Josh has served as a Planning Commissioner for the City of Spring Hill for nearly a decade. Josh invests his passion heavily into site planning and enjoys the process of helping other see their visions come to life.
